摘要
研究了镁盐晶须 (M HOS)增强聚丙烯 (PP)、聚烯烃弹性体 (POE)增韧聚丙烯以及PP/M HOS/POE三元复合材料的力学性能和结构形态。结果表明 :M HOS的加入可以显著提高PP的刚性 ,当M HOS填充质量份数为 10份时 (PP =10 0份为基准 ) ,体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度均达到最佳 ;POE的加入则可以显著提高PP的冲击强度 ,复合体系分别于常温下POE含量 15份以及 -2 0℃下POE含量 40份时发生脆韧转变 ;在M HOS用量为 10份时 ,M HOS对PP/POE共混体系具有协同增韧增强的作用。
The mechanical properties and morphology of PP/Magn e sium hydrate whisker(M-HOS), PP/POE and PP/M-HOS/POE composites were investiga ted. The rigidity of PP increased with increasing amount of M-HOS. The PP/M-HO S system exhibited optima of both tensile and impact strengths at an M-HOS cont ent of 10 wt%. POE may improve the impact strength of PP and the brittle-ductil e transition at ambient and low temperatures occurred at POE contents of 15 wt% and 40 wt%, respectively. M-HOS and POE gave rise to a synergistic toughening e ffect for PP.
