以载体硅胶(SiO2)负载氯铝酸盐室温离子液体[BMIM]Cl-AlCl3,通过改变负载工艺,制得不同的负载离子液体催化剂用于合成十二烷基苯。在间歇操作条件下,考察了反应温度和负载离子液体的加入量对1-十二烯转化率和2-位异构体选择性的影响。结果表明,1-十二烯的转化率随负载离子液体加入量的增加和反应温度的升高而增加,产物中2-位异构体的选择性随反应温度的升高而降低。与同类未负载离子液体催化剂的性能相比,采用负载离子液体作为催化剂,2-位异构体的选择性从39.1%提高到52.5%。
Immobilized ionic liquid-supported [butyl -methyl - imidazoleole] chloride - AlCL3 ([BMIM] Cl -AlCl3) was used as catalyst for alkylation of benzene with 1-dodecene. Different immobilized ionic liquid catalysts were prepared by changing the mass ratio of silica gel to ionic liquid. Evaluation of performances of these catalysts were carried out in a batch reactor system to probe effects of catalyst amount used and reaction temperature on conversion of 1 - dedecene and selectivity of 2 - isomer. Conversion of 1 -dodecene increased with amount of catalyst used and reaction temperature, but selectivity of 2 - isomer decreased with increasing temperature. Comparing the immobilized ionic liquid with the same ionic liquid as catalysts showed selectivity of 2 - isomer rose from 39.1% to 52.5%.
