摘要
采用反相乳液聚合方法,在氧化-还原引发体系下,制备阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂。应用均匀设计的方法研究引发剂量、乳化剂量、抗交联剂量、单体摩尔比、油水体积比以及反应温度对产物特性粘数的影响,得出了优化的工艺条件。在乳化剂0.80 g、引发剂2.50 mL、抗交联剂0.05 g、单体丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺摩尔比3.5/6.5、油水体积比2.25、反应温度45℃时,产物的特性粘数为12.07 dL/g。
Anionic polyacrylamide flocculant was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization initiated by redox system. Uniform design was employed to test the influence of various factors on product intrinsic viscosity. The factors included amount of initiator,emulsifier and anti-crosslinker,mole ratio of two monomers and volume ratio of oil to water. The best experimental recipe obtained was emulsifier 0.80 g, redox initiator 2.50 mL, anticrosslinker 0.05 g.mole ratio of two monomers AA/AM= 3.5/6.5,volume ratio of oil to water 2.25,and temperature of reaction 45 ℃. The product intrinsic viscosity was 12.07 dL/g.
