摘要
21世纪的高等师范院校的办学宗旨应当是特色办学,而特色办学的核心是要有清晰的办学理念。虽然每所院校的办学理念各自不同,但是它们毕竟都是以师范教育为主,所以它们有共同的基质。在突出特色、稳步发展的前提下,高师应坚守"尚规、尚才、尚师"的办学理念因子,这样才会在将来展现出其独特的风采。
Tenet of 21'st century altitude teacher acaderny should be characteristic run a school,but its center is clear concept.Although their concept is vary,but they give priority to teacher-training education after all.So they have same concept radicle matter.Voila precondition extrudes feature with steady steps,only adhering to the principle of emphasizing laws,knowledge and the talent teachers-forming,She can represent her own style in the future development.
