摘要 利用传统陶瓷工艺制备了新型的 Bi0 .5( 1 - y ) (Na1 - x- y L ix) 0 .5Sry Ti O3无铅压电陶瓷 ,并研究了该陶瓷的压电性能和微观结构。研究结果表明 ,该陶瓷体系具有较好的压电性能 ,压电常数 d33=14 3p C/ N,径向机电耦合系数 kp=0 .30 ,并可在 110 0°C/ 2 A new group of (Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics Bi_(0.5(1-y))(Na_(1-x-y)Li_x)_(0.5)Sr_yTiO_3, were prepared by conventional ceramic sintering technique. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) data show that the ceramics possess almost pure perovskite phase with rhombohedral symmetry. The measurements of piezoelectric properties reveal that the ceramics provide a high piezoelectric constant d_(33)=143 pC/N and a high electromechanical couple factor k_p=0.30. The ceramics can be well sintered at about 1 100 °C.
