摘要
政府对风险投资的作用分为直接干预和间接扶持 ,本文通过中外政府对风险投资在这两方面支持的比较 ,目的在于依据中国国情 ,大胆吸收和借鉴发达国家的成功经验 。
The government's function to risk investment is divided into intervening directly and supporting indirectly, through comparison of risk investment of Chinese and foreign governments in the two respects, the purpose of this text lies in combining the national conditions, absorbing and using the successful experiences of the developed country for reference boldly, setting up a kind of risk investment management mode which is suitable for the national conditions of our country.
