摘要
介绍了一种新型的多自由度超声检测系统的图象分析模块 ,阐述了系统中声图象的获取方法 ,根据声图象的特殊性 ,采用了适合声图象分析的数字图象处理和模式识别的方法 ,实现了对声图象缺陷的定量和定性的分析。
The software module of image analysis was introduced for a new multi-axis-ultrasonic-detect system.The process of gaining ultrasonic image was explained.According to the particularity of ultrasonic image,applying ultrasonic image analysis based on digital image processing and pattern recognition,the recognition of defect in quality and quantity was realized.
