摘要
以茜素红S模拟染色废水作为处理对象,研究电絮凝法的降解处理效果,以及间接电催化氧化法的脱色作用。通过正交试验,确定电絮凝处理过程的优化工艺为:阳极采用白铁板材,电流密度25 mA/cm2,电极间距2.2 cm,反应时间40 min,色度及CODCr去除率可分别达到96.12%和91.62%。间接电催化氧化法对废水的脱色处理优化工艺为:反应时间30 min,:NaCl添加量3.0g/L,电流密度25 mA/cm2,电极间距3.0 cm,色度去除率可达到95%以上。
The effect of electrical aggregation method for Alizarin Red S simulated dyeing wastewater treatment has been studied in this paper. And the probing experiment on the decoloration process by indirect electro-catalytic oxidation method is also carried out. By orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of both the electrochemical techniques have been obtained. The results show that when white iron is taken as anode, the current density is 25mA/cm2, the distance between electrodes is 2.2cm, and the reaction time is 40min,the removal rates of CODCr and chromaticity by electrical aggregation method are 96. 12% and 91.62% respectively; and when the reaction time is 30min,the applied quantity of NaCI is 3.0g/L, the current density is 25mA/cm2, the distance between electrodes is 3.0cm,the removal rate of chromaticity by indirect electro-catalytic oxidation method is above 95%.
