摘要 研究了用固相萃取—气相色谱技术检测环境水中痕量阿特拉津的分析方法。此方法的检出限(3σ)为0.11μg·L^(-1),线性范围为0.1μg·L^(-1)~10μg·L^(-1),添加回收率在70%~106%之间。用该方法实现了对地下水、河水、农田地表水中痕量阿特拉津的检测。 An analytical method is developed for the determination of trace endocrine disrupting chemicalsatrazine in environmental water by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and gas-chromatography (GC) with nitrogenphosphorus detector (NPD). The detection limit (3σ) is 0.11μg·L^(-1), the linear range is 0.1μg·L^(-1)~10mg·L^(-1) and the recovery rate is 70%~106% for deionized water. It is confirmed that the proposed method can be applied to monitoring atrazine in environmental water and three environmental water samples are determined satisfactorily.
