摘要
化工计算过程通常涉及到插值、曲线拟合、线性/非线性方程、常/偏微分方程及线性/非线性规划等的求解,过程复杂且计算量大,若采用传统编程语言进行求解,程序繁杂冗长,且对编程能力有较高要求。本文针对上述情况,通过Matlab 在物料衡算、反应器计算、生产过程优化及实验数据处理等方面的应用研究,取得了较好的结果,展示了Matlab 在化工过程计算机辅助计算中的独特优势。
Interpolation,curve fitting,linear/nonlinear equation,ordinary/partial differential equation,and linear/nonlinear program-ming are usually involved in chemical engineering process,which are difficult to be solved using traditional program language.Aimingat the problem mentioned above,through four examples of Matlab used in material balance,reactors' calculating,process optimizationand data processing,this paper illustrates the application predominance of Matlab's powerful functions of numerical calculation andgraphics processing in chemical engineering calculating.
