摘要
在制革工业中 ,高浓度的含硫废水占废水总量COD的 40 %~ 5 0 % ,直接排放会对环境产生严重的污染。通过对制革工业含硫废水处理方法的探讨 ,并根据试验结果 ,对真空内循环负压法处理高浓度含硫废水进行了试验验证 ,提出了最佳工况条件 ,同时做了经济分析 ,为实际生产的运转成本、处理效果、设备构型等方面 。
In tannery process, about high-concentrated sulfur waste water of containing 40%~50% COD is usually discharged into sewerage system causing serious environmental impact. In this paper, methods of treating high-concentrated sulfur waste water in tannery industry were discussed. Based on the experimental results, vacuum-circulation method was investigated and the optimal operational parameters were confirmed, and made comparisons with economic. It was fundamental for practical operation, treatment effects, and the progress of instrumental construction.
