摘要
研究了邻硝基苯基荧光酮(O-NPF)与钴的显色反应. 在PH9.0—10.0的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,在表面活性剂吐温80存在下,O-NPF与Co(Ⅱ)生成3:1的紫红色稳定络合物,其λmax=607nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ξ=1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1,在0—12μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律. 该方法具有良好的稳定性和选择性,操作简便,灵敏度高,用于维生素B12针剂,茶叶及生物样品中微量钴的测定,效果良好.
Color reaction of o-Nitrophenyl Fluorone(o-NPF) with cobalt(Ⅱ) was studied. In NH3·H2O-NH4Cl buffer solution (PH9.0-10.0) in the presence of Tween—80,o-NPF can react with Co(Ⅱ) and form a red-violet colored complex, having a mole ration M:R=1:3, and an absorption maxima at 607nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer抯 law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0-12ug of Co()per 25ml solution. The method has good stability, selectivity, simple operation and high acuteness. It can be applied to the determination of cobalt in tea, vitamin B12 sample and biology sample with satisfactory results.
