明胶酰化氨基取代度影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对从皮革废弃物中提取的明胶进行化学改性,首先将明胶用马来酸酐酰化后再与丙烯酸接枝共聚,制备了一种性能优良的阴离子明胶造纸增强剂。采用正交实验方法详细讨论了酰化反应条件对明胶氨基取代度的影响,从而得到最优的酰化条件。 The preparation of an anionic gelatin extracted from leather waste as paper reinforcer was studied in this paper, which has been prepared from gelatin by amidation with maleic anhydride and grafting co - polymerization with acrylic acid. The influences of the condition of the amidation on substitution degree of the amino groups of gelatin were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment. On the basis of these researches, the appropriate reaction conditions were found.
