合成乙二醇葡萄糖苷的工艺条件对其保湿性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在酸性催化剂下,由葡萄糖和乙二醇经缩醛化反应制备了乙二醇葡糖苷。反应在95℃、4kPa下进行,减压蒸除反应生成的水。催化剂占葡萄糖质量的1%,过量乙二醇在133Pa下减压蒸除。研究了乙二醇和葡萄糖摩尔比对产品组成以及产品的保湿性能和吸湿性能的影响。结果表明,随着乙二醇和葡萄糖摩尔比的减小,产品的保湿性能和吸湿性能都增强。当乙二醇和葡萄糖的摩尔比为3∶1时,所得产品性质最好。 Glycol glucoside was prepared from glucose and ethylene glycol in the presence of the acid catalyst.The reaction was carried out at 95 ℃ and 4 kPa,while the water formed being removed by distillation under reduced pressure.The amount of catalyst used was 1 % by weight of the amount of glucose used,and excess glycol was removed by distillation at 133 Pa(absolute).The effect of mole ratio between glycol and glucose on the moisturizing and hygroscopic capability of the products were discussed.When mole ratio of glycol to glucose is 3∶1,the moisturizing and hygroscopic capability of the products are improved and better than that of glycerol of the same concentation.
