摘要
采用萃取+精馏工艺处理制药厂的三氯甲烷-丙酮-水三元有机废液。通过实验,筛选出了合适的萃取剂,并确定了萃取级数和精馏操作的条件。结果表明此工艺能有效回收该废液中的三氯甲烷和丙酮,两者的总回收率达82%以上,产品质量均达到工业一级品标准。萃取剂的损耗量为所处理废液量的0.23%左右。
Organic waste liquid of chloroform,acetone and wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory is treated with extractants and rectification process. Suitable extractants are selected through experiments,and extraction degree and rectification conditions are fixed. It shows that this process can effectively recover chloroform and acetone in the waste liquid,the recovery can reach as high as 82%. The product quality can meet the first degree of commercial products. Loss of extractor in waste liquid is 0.23%based on treated waste liquid.
