摘要
35CrNi3MoV钢大锻件在正火和调质处理后经常产生混晶 ,严重影响锻件的力学性能。研究表明 ,混晶是组织遗传造成的 ,调质处理前进行退火处理 ,可获得较为平衡的组织状态 ,从而抑制组织遗传 ,消除混晶和粗晶组织。
Mixed grain often appearances in big forgings of 35CrNi3MoV steel after annealing and quenching-and-tempering,and seriously affected mechanical properties of the forgings.The studies show that mixed grain is caused by structural inheritance.By annealing before quenching-and-tempering,a balanced microstructures is obtained to inhibit structural inheritance,and hence eliminate mixed grain and coarse grain microstructures.
