摘要
校园凝聚力是校园文化的深层内核。它是一种吸引力、向心力、亲和力 ,更是一种推进学校发展的动力。它们相互影响 ,相互促进 ,共同构成一所大学综合实力的重要方面 ,展示着一所高校的生机与活力。增强校园凝聚力 ,必须在党委的领导下 ,充分调动一切积极因素 ,团结各方面力量 ,为学校的建设与发展共同奋斗。
The cohesion is the deep core of campus culture. It is a kind of attraction, centripetal force, affinity and a motivity to push the development of a university. They mutually affect and promote, consisting an important aspect of university general strength and showing it's prosperous vitality and vigour. It is necessary for us to be led by the Party Committee, mobilize all positive factors, unite various forces, and struggle for the construction and development of our university to enhance the cohesion in a university.
