摘要
故障树是表现一个系统各种故障间逻辑关系的有力工具,然而电力变压器的结构及故障复杂,给 故障分析工作带来困难。本文提出以故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)为基础的故障树分析方法,并应用于 大型电力变压器。通过FMEA的支持,不仅有助于构建复杂系统的故障树,还可为树的定量分析提供必要 的底事件概率数据,为复杂系统的可靠性分析提供一种有效的方法。
Fault tree is a powerful tool for depicting the logical relationships between the faults in system. However, for a sophisticated reliability system, like power transformer, fault analysis is hard or infeasible because of the complexities of the equipment configuration and its faults. In this paper, a fault tree analysis (FTA) method combined with failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is presented and applied to the fault tree analysis of large-scale power transformer. In this combinatorial method, FMEA gives aid to the construction of fault tree and provides probability data of element events for quantitative analysis in FTA. The combinatorial fault tree method is helpful for the reliability analysis of a sophisticated system.
