摘要 为了探讨不同方式的运动训练对血浆NO含量和NOS活性的影响 ,选用了 3 6只雄性SD大白鼠 ,随机分成 3组进行实验。结果发现 :训练 8周后 ,安静状态时 ,耐力训练组和静力训练组血浆中NO含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两训练组NOS活性均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,静力训练组和耐力训练组的心系数均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。静力训练组的NO含量和NOS活性高于训练组 ,但未达到显著性水平。说明有氧耐力训练和静力性练习均可提高机体安静状态下血浆中NO含量和NOS活性。 In order to probe the effects of different pattern exercises on No content and NOS activity in plasma of Rat.36 male Sprgue-Dawley Rats were randomly divided in three groups, The heart index, NO contents and NOS activity were determined. The results showed after 8 weeks training NO contents of two groups are significantly higher than the control group. NOS activity of two training groups is significantly higher than the control group. Two pattern trainings can increase the heart index significantly. NO contents and NOS activity of endurance group is higher slightly than that of static training, but not significantly. It can be concluded that endurance and static exercise training can obviously increase NO contents and NOS activity in plasma.
