我国优秀女子皮艇运动员艇上划桨的运动生物力学测试与评定研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用德国产划桨测力系统对 11名女子皮艇运动员进行了跟踪测试 ,同时测试生理和生化指标并综合分析。结果显示 ,在 5 0 0m全程中 ,出发的最大划桨力量为 32 0N ,途中为2 5 0N ,冲刺为 2 70N。全程平均划桨力量为 130N。划桨周期中支撑与非支撑阶段的比例为65 %∶35 %和 70 %∶30 %。多人艇跟桨手的平均力量和最大力量优于领桨手。 Adopting German Oaring Testing System,we tested 11 women kayak canoeists and analyzed their physiological and biochemical indexes. The result demonstrated that within the whole process of 500 meters,maximum oaring power of starting is 320?N,that on the way was 250?N and that of dashing was 270?N. The average oaring power was 130?N,the proportion of supporting and non supporting phrases during oaring were 65%∶35% and 70%∶30%. The average power and maximum power of oarsman were greater than those of the crews marshal. The Chinese women canoeists were poorer in average power and average oaring power.
