摘要
断裂控制爆破是一种新的周界控制爆破方法,用它取代预裂和光面爆破,可以获得更好的周界控制效果。其主要特征在于采用了切槽炮孔来使孔壁裂纹定位起裂,以及采用了低猛度炸药的减震装药来控制孔内压力和加强爆生气体的扩缝作用。本文简述了断裂控制爆破的基本原理,并着重介绍了用于巷道掘进的现场试验结果及其与其它爆破方法的比较。
Fracture control blasting, a new perimeter control technique, is an alternative to pre-splitting or smooth wall blasting which can be used to achieve better perimeter control results. Its main characteristics include that it uses notched boreholes to predetermine the location of crack initiation and that it employs cushioned charges of low explosives to control the borenole pressure and to intensify the crack-driving effect of explosive gasses. This paper first describes the basic principles of fracture control blasting and then emphatically presents the test results of actually applying this method in roadway excavation and gives a comparison between these results and those of other blasting methods.
