影响空拉管偏心变化因素的研究

摘要 本文研究了空拉管偏心变化的规律。结果表明:空拉比衬拉有较强的纠偏效果;影响空拉纠偏效果的基本因素是管坯厚壁与薄壁侧的厚径比S_(H_1)/D_H及S_(H_2)/D_H;管坯原始外径D_H、原始壁厚偏差(S_(H_1)-S_(H_2))越大,原始壁厚值(S_(H_1)+S_(H_2))越小,则空拉的纠偏效果越好。因此,影响空拉管偏心变化的因素不同于影响壁厚变化的因素。 This paper probes into the rules governing eccentricity variations in tube-sinking. The results are summarised as follows:1)The rectifying operation by tube sinking is more effective than by tube-drawing with a mandrel. 2 ) The contributing factors that influence the rectifying effect are the ratios SH_1/DH and SH_2/DH, where SH_1 represente thickness of the thick-wall side, SH_2 the thin-wall side and DH the original diametre of the tube blank. 3 ) The bigger the DH and the difference between SH_1 and SH_2 and the smaller the sum of SH_1 and SH_2, the better the result of rectifying operation will be. 4 ) Therefore, the factors of each type of operation are distinct from those of the other.
