摘要 采用提拉法生长出三种掺Tm3 + 浓度的Tm∶YAG晶体。运用ICP AES测定Tm3 + 离子在Tm∶YAG晶体中的分凝系数约为 1。室温下测定了Tm∶YAG晶体在 190~ 90 0nm之间的吸收光谱及 10 0 0~ 4 5 0 0cm-1范围内退火前后的红外吸收谱。测试结果表明 ,退火后 336 5cm-1处OH-1离子的吸收峰完全消失。说明在空气气氛下对Tm∶YAG晶体进行退火处理改善了晶体的性能。 Tm∶YAG crystals with different Tm^(3+) concentration were grown by Czochralski method. The segregation coefficient of Tm^(3+) ions in Tm∶ YAG crystals detected by ICP-AES method is equal to 1. The absorption spectra in the range of 190~900nm and the IR absorption spectra in the range of 1000-4500cm^(-1) of the doped Tm∶YAG crystals were measured at room temperature. The measurement result showed that the absorption peak of OH^(-1) at 3365cm^(-1) vanished thoroughly after annealing. It indicates that laser properties of Tm∶ YAG crystal are improved after annealing in atmosphere.
