摘要
利用XTL-5型小型提升管催化裂化反应装置,对工业提升管内的渣油催化裂化反应历程进行了实验模拟,得到了工业提升管不同高度位置的产品分布、产品选择性分布以及催化剂积炭量的变化规律。同时还分析了提升管内的二次反应强度的变化。结果表明,催化裂化一次反应主要在提升管中下部完成,在提升管上部存在明显的二次反应;催化剂积炭量由油剂瞬间接触后的一个很高的值,迅速降低,然后又逐渐上升。研究结果也说明了所采用的实验模拟方法和手段是可行的。
The experimental simulation of reaction pathway in commercial FCC riser
processing heavy oil was conducted in a XTL-5 riser pilot plant. The rules of product distribution, product selectivity, carbon content on the catalyst, and the intensity of secondary reactions along the riser reactor were obtained. The results showed that the primary reactions occurred at the lower zone of the riser and the secondary reactions were apparently in the upper section of the riser. High coke deposition on the catalyst occurred at the instantaneous contact of the catalyst and oil, succeeded on rapid decreased and then followed on gradual increase. The experimental results also indicated that the method of the experimental simulation adopted was feasible.
