摘要
本文采用单柱离子色谱法测定酒石酸和柠檬酸。以1.0mol/L,pH=4.0的柠檬酸为淋洗液测定酒石酸,以1.0mmol/L,pH=4.0的酒石酸为淋洗液测定柠檬酸,常见阴离子Cl^-,NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)不干扰测定.酒石酸和柠檬酸的检出限分别为1.14μg/ml和1.83μg/ml,相对标准偏差2.97%和2.56%,校正曲线的线性范围1.14-500μg/ml和1.83-500μg/ml.应用于加入酒石酸和柠檬酸的自来水样分析,结果满意。
Determination of tartaric acid and citric acid by single-column ion chromatography was described in this paper. Tartaric acid was determined with a solution of 1.0 m mol/L and pH=4.0 citric acid as eluent. Citric acid was determined with 1.0 m mol/L and pH=4.0 tartaric acid as eluent.The common anion(chloride, nitrate, sulphate)did not interfere determination of tartaric acid and citric acid. The detection limits for tartaric acid and citric acidi were 1.14μgml and 1.83μg/ml, the relative standard deviations were 2.97% and 2.56%, respectively. The calibration curve for tartaric acid and citric acid were liner in the range of 1.14-500μg/ml and 1.83-500μg/ml,respectively. The method was applied to analyze drinking water spiked with tartaric acid and citric acid. The results was satisfactory.
