摘要
应用原位缺口移位技术及G显带方法,对肺癌PGT-131和PAa 2个细胞系中期染色体上基因活性区改变与染色体重排的关系进行了初步研究。发现染色体重排可导致染色体上DNase Ⅰ敏感区扩大或再分布。这与癌基因激活以及抗癌基因和肿瘤抗转移基因的活性变化密切相关。
The relationship between changes of active regions and chromosome rearrangements in metaphase chromosomes of PGT-131 and PAa cancer cell lines of the lung was studied using chromosome in situ nick translation technique and G-banding method, It was found that chromosome rearrangements could cause the change of the distribution of DNase I sensitive regions in the genomes of human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines, It may be play a role in change of activity of oncogenes and antioncogenes in lung cancer.
