摘要
本文对深圳大鹏湾盐田海域的丹麦细柱藻(Leptocylindrus danicus)进行了全年的种群生态学研究。描述了其数量的时空变化及其与环境因子的关系,并分析了丹麦细柱藻引发赤潮的情况。分析结果表明:(1)丹麦细柱藻全年都可出现,春、秋季出现2个数量高峰,呈双周期型。表、底层的分布无明显差别;(2)丹麦细柱藻的生物量与DIP呈指数正比关系。与DIN、温度、盐度、Si(OH)_4关系不明显;(3)丹麦细柱藻可以引发赤潮,对海洋环境及海洋生物构成一定危害。
This paper deals with the ecological study of Leptocylindrus danicus in Dapeng Bay, north of the South China Sea throughout 1991. The variation in L. danicus' s quantity and environmental factors and the relationship between them are explained. The triggering causes of red tide due to the alga are analysed. The results show that 1) two quantity peaks of L. danicus can be found in spring and autumn respectively; 2)L. danicus' s density is in direct correlation with dissolved inorganic pyosphorus (DIP), but not clearly correlated with DIN , temperature. salinity and active Si(OH)4;3)L. danicus can trigger red tide out.
