摘要
人口剧增、资源短缺、环境恶化 ,是人类社会发展所面临的突出问题。为综合解决这些问题 ,创建人口、资源与环境经济学 ,不仅显得十分必要 ,而且也非常紧迫。人口、资源与环境经济学是一门以经济过程和经济发展中的人口、资源、环境三大因素之间的内在联系以及它们各自所起的作用为研究对象的科学。人口、资源与环境经济学的学科特点主要体现为综合性和应用性。人口、资源与环境经济学的学科体系应当包括导言 ,经济过程中人口、资源、环境关系的理论分析 ,经济可持续发展战略中的人口、资源。
Population growing rapidly, resources being short, and the environment becoming worse are the main problems of the development of human society. In order to solve these problems, the economics of population, resources and the environment comes into being, which is not only necessary, but also very urgent. The economics of population, resources and the environment is a science concerning relationship and roles among population, resources and the environment during the progress of economic development. Its character is dominantly multiplicity and application. Its system should include preface, population analysis, resources and the environment during the progress of economic development, and the applied research of the population, resource and environment in economic sustainable development.
