摘要
本文提出一个适用于成都市交通状况,又考虑了成都市交通未来的公共汽车快速运输(BRT)系统。作者首先归纳出成都市公共交通存在的七个问题,诸如旧城区交通状况恶化、交通结构比例失调,公共交通客运比例长期偏低等。其次,根据 BRT 系统投资少,见效快的特点,和成都市未来的城市规模、公交结构、城际间的旅客流量、以及交通系统的技术经济、投资比较分析,作者认为在成都市推行 BRT 系统十分必要。然后,作者建议了一个成都市的 BRT 规划线网,并提出了该线网的形式和对客流进行了估算。最后,作者对成都市 BRT 系统的管理形式进行了讨论。
A bus rapid transit system (BRT), considering the characteristics and the development of Chengdu city, was proposed in this paper. Seven main problems existing in the current public transportation system of the city were summed up, such as the poor transportation conditions of old zones of the city, the disproportion of the traffic structure, the lower passenger flow attracted by the public transportation system, and so on. According to the features of BRT system in low investment and getting the effect quickly, and the analysis of the future scale of the city, the structure of the public transportation, the passenger flow among the central city to the satellite towns, authors think that the BRT is adaptive to the city after comparing the technical economy and the investment of each transportation means of BRT, light track rail, underground tube, and tram. Then, a planned road net of the BRT for the city is proposed, and the road net form and the passenger flow volume estimated are put forwards. At the end, the administration of Chengdu city’s BRT is discussed briefly.
