摘要 铁路行车安全综合监控系统是确保铁路行车安全的综合系统。根据复杂性研究的相关理论,提出该系统是一个开放的复杂巨系统,并在此基础上提出综合集成方法研究和解决复杂性问题的关键步骤是“系统分解”和“综合集成”。从复杂性研究的角度对行车安全综合监控系统进行探讨,有助于认识系统构建和发展中出现的问题。 The supervision and control system of train operation safety is acomprehensive system that ensures the safety of railway operation. According torelevant theory of complexity research, the paper deems this system as an opencomplex giant system. Based on this point of view, this paper brings forward thekey links of comprehensive & integrated research method and of solving complexityproblems: decomposition and synthesis integration. The discussion ofcomprehensive supervision and control system for train operation safety in viewof complexity research will help to understand the problems encountered duringsystem construction and development stage.
