摘要
以三乙醇胺 /乙醚为分散剂 ,选择合适的微乳液配比 ,与铝酸钠溶液构成微乳液体系 ;在适当的反应条件下 ,用CO2 碳化制得超细氢氧化铝微粒 ,煅烧后获得了超细氧化铝粉末。研究了微乳液的形成条件。
With triethanolamine/ether as dispersant agent, the microemulsion reacting system was made under the proper ratio of the dispersant agent to the solution of sodium aluminate. Under the proper reacting conditions, superfine aluminium hydroxide particles were produced by using carbon dioxide as carbonating agent. Then, roasting the particles, superfine alumina particles could be obtained. The conditions of the formation of the microemulsion reacting system, the carbonating and the roasting were studied. The effect of the preparing conditions on the size of the alumina particles were discussed as well.
