摘要 制备了反式 1 ,4 聚异戊二烯 (TPI)形状记忆功能材料 ,考察了硫黄用量、炭黑、防老剂和不同老化条件对材料物理力学性能和形变热刺激温度的影响。结果表明 ,TPI硫化胶的形变热刺激温度随硫黄用量的增加而降低 ,在形状记忆材料中 ,硫黄用量不应大于 2 5份 ;加入炭黑可提高胶料的定伸应力和拉伸强度 ,同时也使热刺激温度特别是老化后胶料的热刺激温度有明显提高 ;防老剂除了可改善TPI形状记忆材料的老化性能外 ,还有提高热刺激温度的作用 ,防老剂 40 1 TPI’s properties as shape memory polymer(SMP),including making samples, heating-oxidation aging and protection, are studied. The influences of the contents of sulfur, carbon black, anti-aging agent and oxidation condition on the TPI mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature were also studied .The results showed that TPI thermal deformation temperature decreased with increasing sulfur content. The content of sulfur should be less than 2.5 phr in the shape memory materials. The modulus and tensile strength of the samples increased when the carbon black was added . And at the same time, the thermal stimulating temperature of the sample was increased. The anti-aging agent could improve the anti-aging properties of the TPI and raise its thermal stimulating temperature. Anti-aging agent 4010 has a better effect on this system.
