摘要
本文简要介绍中国民航 B737- 2 0 0型飞机上使用的 JT8D发动机燃调故障研究结果。该课题通过理论分析、仿真研究、调整试验以及排故隔离框图的确立和实施 ,有效地降低了燃调故障拆换率 ,奠定了立足国内检修燃调的基础 ,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。并且使我国民航发动机附件翻修摆脱了仅能检修老机型的局面 。
A failure research of the fuel control in JT8D turbofan engine has been completed,which results in effective reduction of its unscheduled removal rate and sets up the foundation for domestic fuel control repairs.The theoretical analysis,simulation,adjustment tests,establishing and practising the diagram of failure insulation are applied to the failure research.Its economic and social benefits are obvious.
