摘要
针对目前企业存在的科层制的组织结构、过度的专业化倾向、绩效考核目标与方式的偏颇及团队协作文化氛围的缺失等问题进行了分析,阐述了职能部门间的沟通障碍对企业的危害,提出了实现企业职能部门间有效沟通的主要方法和途径,包括实现企业组织结构扁平化、建立网络化信息沟通渠道和岗位轮换制度,精简机构,树立团队意识等.
The paper analyses the defaults of group cooperation and biases of target and method of checking, over specialization tendency, and organization structure in the enterprises. Harms to function department communication is explained. The main methods and ways of realizing valid communication between enterprise function departments are put forward, including realizing enterprise organization structure flat, establishing net information communication channel and post changes, simplifying organization, and making group spirits.
