干旱条件下淡黄花百合叶片水分生理的适应性变化 被引量:7

摘要 利用LI1600稳态气孔计测定了淡黄花百合叶片在正常供水和水份胁迫下蒸腾速率和气象因子的日变化,探讨了环境因子对淡黄花百合蒸腾速率的影响,结果表明:光量子通量密度是影响蒸腾速率的主要因子,土壤含水量影响叶片水份饱和亏,并通过气孔扩散阻力来影响蒸腾速率,也可通过影响束缚水与自由水(Wb/Wf)的比值进而影响蒸腾速率. Under the condition of the normal water supplying and the water stress, the transpiration changes of the Lilium sulphureum leaves were determined through a day By using LI-1600 steady state porometer, in order to evaluate the effect of environmental factors on the transpiration rate of the Lilium sulphureum Leaves. The result indicated that the PFD is principal meteorological factor influencing transpiration. The soil water content influenced the leaf water content, and the leaf water content influenced the transpiration by stoma diffusing resistance. The soil water content also influenced W_b/W_f, and the W_b/W_f influenced the transpiration by resisting contrary ability.
