摘要
剑桥大学有一套包括目标、组织机构、计划、内外程序等在内的完整的教学质量保障体系,该体系具有科学性、系统性、规范性和创新性等显著特征。剑桥大学的教学质量保障体系符合国际标准,其创立的现代质量管理理念、方法适合于高校教学质量管理。剑桥教学质量保障体系为探索建立适合我国高等教育发展实际的质量保障体系提供了重要启示。
The Cambridge University Assurance System of Teaching Quality is scientific, systematic, normalistic and innovative, consisting of the whole set of teaching objectives, component organs, plans and internal and external programmes. This teaching quality assurance system is in harmony with international standards, and its established conception and methodology for teaching quality administration apply to teaching quality assurance in higher learning institutions. The system enlightens us most in attempting to establish a teaching quality assurance system in accordance with the reality of developing higher education in our country.
