摘要
为提高糠醛精制萃取效率,进一步提高精制油的质量和收率,将中试转盘-填料复合塔单塔装置改为两段抽提工艺装置,考察溶剂串流及溶剂并流两种工艺流程的精制效果。对试验结果进行比较,得出两段串流新工艺的优点,为新工艺的工业应用提供实验依据。
Two-stage extraction processing unit has been adopted instead of the original rotary discpacking combined tower in order to improve the extraction efficiency of furfural refining as well as the quality and yield of refined oil. The extraction efficiencies of two kinds of process flow,solvent series flow and solvent parallel flow,are evaluated. The comparison between the test results shows that two-stage solvent series flow technique is better, and thus provides the criterion for its practical application.
