摘要
利用草酸沉淀法制备Y2 0 3∶Eu3+ 粉体。通过研究草酸沉淀过程中温度、酸度、浓度及前驱体煅烧温度等条件对粒度的影响 ,获得控制最终产物粒度的各种手段 ,进而得到分散性能良好、不结团、高光效、流明特性稳定的微米级Y2 0 3:Eu3+ 荧光粉 。
Y 20 3:Eu 3+powder were synthesized by oxalic acid precipitation method.Though studying the effects of precipitated conditions such as temperature,acidity, concentration and the annealing temperature of the formation on graininess,we obtained the controlling methods of grain-size of final production.The micron· Y 20 3:Eu 3+were well decentralization,non-agglomerate,high optics effect and meet with the demand of application as lamp phosphor.
