摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸非索非那定片的溶出度.检测波长219 nm.转速50 r·min-1,溶出介质为水900 mL;盐酸非索非那定在(4~28)μg·mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9(n=7),方法平均回收率100.2%(n=9),日内和日间RSD分别为0.40%及0.51%.45 min定时取样测定,主药溶出95%以上.方法简便、准确,可有效的控制其质量.
<abstract> determine the dissolution of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets, a UV-spectrophotometric method was used to study the dissolution with the detection wavelength at 219 nm. The rotative velocity of 50 r·min-1 and the 900 mL of water. The linear range of the standard curve was (4-28)μg·mL-1 , r= 0.999 9(n=7).The average recovery of this method was 100. 2% (73= 9), the within-day RSD and between-day RSD were 0.40% and 0. 51% respectively. The drug dissolution rate for 45 min was over 95%. This method is convenient, accurate.
