茄子雄性不育系的可溶性糖、淀粉、氨基酸分析 被引量:24

摘要 以2个不同品种茄子雄性不育系及其保持系为试材,对不同发育阶段花蕾中可溶性糖、淀粉、游离氨基酸和脯氨酸含量进行了比较研究。结果表明:随着花蕾的发育,不育系可溶性糖高于其保持系;不育系淀粉含量变化不大;保持系淀粉含量在减数分裂时期达到最高,小孢子时期又迅速下降,其后缓慢上升。此外,不育系游离氨基酸和脯氨酸含量均低于保持系。 Contents of soluble sugar, starch, free amino acid and free proline were compared between male sterile lines and their maintainer lines of eggplants'(Solanum melongena L.) blossom bud at different developmental stages. The result showed that, with the blossom buds developing the content of soluble sugar of male sterile lines is higher than the maintainer lines. The content of starch in the male sterile lines changes little. The content of starch at meiosis stage of maintainer lines increases fast and it gets highest in the five stages of flower development. Then it decreases at microspore stage and increases slowly at the last two stages. But the contents of free amino acid and free proline in male sterile are lower than in maintainer lines.
