摘要
以不同生态类型的黄瓜品种为材料 ,用调控温室通风量来营造高温 (38/2 5℃ )环境 ,以同期大棚栽培 (30 /2 0℃ )为对照 ,研究了高温胁迫对黄瓜产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明 :高温使黄瓜的产量下降 ,但各品种产量下降幅度不同。高温下黄瓜产量及其变化率可以作为成株期品种耐热性的鉴定指标。高温使黄瓜品质和商品性下降 ,表现为瓜柄变长 ,畸形瓜率增加 ,果皮变硬 ,VC含量下降。各品种高温下产量和品质的表现不完全一致 ,其中 6
Experiments were carried out to study the effect of high temperature stress on the yield and quality of different cucumber cultivars by controlling glasshouse ventilation. The cucumber was simultaneously treated in tunnel as control. The results showed that the yield of cucumber decreased under high temperature, but the responses were different among different varieties. The yield and yield change rate of cucumber could be the index for testing high temperature tolerance in mature plant stage. Compared with control, under high temperature the neck of fruit became longer, abnormal fruits increased, the skin of fruit became harder and the VC concentration decreased. High temperature tolerance of different varieties was different in terms of yield and quality.Variety 631 performed relatively better than other varieties under high temperature.
