摘要
以果实呼吸及薄膜渗气达到平衡时 ,能自发调节保鲜袋内O2 和CO2 的浓度为依据 ,确定了袋内O2 或CO2 浓度与贮藏量、薄膜厚度、薄膜面积之间的线性关系。利用回归方程及适宜气体组成设计樱桃番茄的MA贮藏保鲜袋 ,0℃贮藏樱桃番茄 6 0d ,好果率 98% ,果实硬度及色、香、味新鲜如初 ,VC及可食率均令人满意。而单纯低温贮藏 7d ,果实便出现萎蔫失水。
When the respiration of fruits and the permeation of the plastic films was balanced, the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide can be spontaneously modified in MAP bags. In the article a line relationships between the concentration of O 2 or CO 2 and film thickness (D), area (A), cherry tomato weight (W)were established. According to the relationships,the MAP bag was designed.Stored in the MAP bags in 0 ℃ for over 60 days,98 % of cherry tomatos were good,while the fruits stored only at low temperature shrank after 7 days.
