摘要
通过分析HAACCP体系作为一种世界上广泛认同的食品安全控制体系及我国实施HACCP体系的历史和现状及存在的困难和不足等方面因素,提出我国企业建立这种经济有效的食品安全控制体系的一些具体建议。
This paper puts forward the idea of developing HACCP system,a sidely accepted food safety control system around the world,in food industries of our country through analyzing the historic conditions of the system development, as well as the existing difficulties and imperfection.
