摘要
光敏核不育水稻花药离体培养表明,它与常规品种花药离体培养一样,培养基、基因型对出愈率,分化率都有影响。参试的光敏核不育水稻在第二光敏期经短日照处理的都比自然日照下显著提高出愈率和分化率,不同光敏核不育材料由于其育性转换期差异,离体花药培养的出愈情况比自然日照下提高的程度显著不同。试验结果表明,采用离体技术研究光敏核不育水稻的育性基因调控遗传机理暗示着有良好的前景。
Anther culture of three Hubei Photo-period-sensitive Genic Malesterile Riee(HPGMR), 229-5 AB, Nongken 58 AB, and Xiangmei AB, have been tested with different ntedia. Both the genotype of the rice plant and the constituents of the media exert influence on the frequency of callus formation. Besides, three HPGMR showed higher frequency of pollen callus formation under short-day treatment than under the natural photo-period of Nanjing, especially the line Xiangmei AB. The results sugested that by using the anther culture method, the HPGMR may be very promising lines to be used on the research for the fertile gene expression.
