摘要 目的 研究吗啡对体外培养的人子宫内膜基质细胞的雌激素受体信使核糖核酸 (ERmRNA)表达的影响。方法 体外分离培养人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和基质细胞 ,并通过免疫细胞化学的方法进行鉴定 ;将基质细胞给予 17 β雌二醇或吗啡及纳洛酮干预 ,通过RT PCR的方法半定量分析吗啡对基质细胞ERmRNA表达的影响。结果 雌激素上调基质细胞ERmRNA的表达 ,吗啡作用 2 4h ,呈剂量依赖性抑制基质细胞ERmRNA的表达 ,r =- 0 .94 6 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 外源性阿片类药物吗啡抑制基质细胞雌激素受体mRNA的表达。 Objective To study the effects of morphine on ERmRNA expression in human uterus endometrial stromal cells. Methods Human epithelial and stromal cells were isolated and cultured in vitro. These two types of cells were identified by microscopy and immunocytochemical staining. The effect of 17-βE 2, morphine and nalotone on the ERmRNA expression in stromal cells was observed by RT-PCR technique. Results The 17-βE 2 increased the expression of ERmRNA while morphine decreased it, and nalotone reversed the effect of morphine in stromal cells in 24 h. The inhibiting action of morphine correlated to its dose, r=-0.946 (P<0.05). Conclusion Exgenous opiate like substance morphine inhibits the expression of ERmRNA in stromal cells.
