摘要
如何能够有效地对各级组织乃至全社会进行科学管理 ,提高其运行质量和效率 ,是管理领域中研究的中心课题。管理研究旨在发现、辨识和解决管理领域中的各种问题。确定管理研究问题是一项重要的决策过程 ,它既具有一般决策过程的规律 ,又有其本身学科特点。本文从方法论的角度分析讨论了确定管理研究问题的一般步骤和方法 ,提出管理研究问题的确定过程可分为问题的识别与确立、草拟研究方案、试研究及问题的确定四个阶段 ,给出了这一过程和其中重点环节的流程图 ,并对每个阶段的工作内容。
How to manage all levels of organizations and even the whole society scientifically and to improve their quality as well as efficiency is always the core subject of management research. And the management research aims at finding, distinguishing, and solving different problems in management field. It is a critical decision to determine management researching issue. It not only has the general features, but also has its own features. This paper studies the procedure and general method of problem setting of management research in view of the methodology. The procedure is divided into four stages: to distinguish and set up the problem, to draw up the researching plan, to have trial research, and to confirm the problem. Then it also discusses the method, program and content in each stage in detail.
