摘要 近几年来俄罗斯开发研制了真空压力浸渍(VPI)工艺用的F、H和C级不饱和聚酯酰亚胺浸渍胶,这类浸渍胶的浸透性能好,胶凝时间短,流胶少,收缩率低,贮存期长,介电性能优良,不含毒性溶剂,没有环境污染问题,它还可与新开发的厚粉纸的少胶粉云母带一起使用。这两种绝缘材料的各项性能,可同国际上一些著名公司生产的真空压力浸渍(VPI)工艺用的绝缘材料相媲美,并且在高压电机中已得到成功的应用。 Unsaturated polyesterimide impregnating compounds F,H and C grade for vacuum presˉsure impregnation(VPI)technology have been researched,developed and applied in Russia these years.The compounds don't contain any toxic solvents,thus have no environment problems.The compounds have good impregnating ability,short gel time,low shrinkage rate,long shelf life and excellent dielectrical behavior.New kinds of dry mica tapes with high mica rate are applied as well.These electrical insulating materials for VPI technology are corresponding to the relative products manufactured by famous companies in the world in the regards and are successfully used in H.V.electric machinery.
