摘要
董事责任保险在中国推出已一年有余 ,但却倍受冷遇 ,其根本原因在于缺乏完善的市场环境 ,但就现阶段而言 ,董事责任保险在中国的发展仍有积极的现实意义。随着《国务院关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》的出台 ,法制环境将进一步完善 。
Directors and Officers'Liability Insurance has been put out more than one year in our country,but the reaction of the market is cold.The basic reason lies in lacking the perfect market environment,but in respect to the present stage,the development of Directors and Officers'Liability Insurance in our country stills has positive realistic meanings.With the appearance of”the State Councils several suggestions about advancing the reform and opening and the stabile development of the capital market”,the enviˉronment of legal system will be improved,and the development of Directors and Officers'Liability will come to a newstage too.
