摘要
用日本栗作接穗 ,以板栗为砧木 ,研究砧穗酚类物质含量差异与日本栗嫁接亲和力的关系。结果表明 ,日本栗嫁接在板栗中迟栗上亲和力低 ,与酚类物质含量无直接相关 ,而砧穗酚类物质含量差异与日本栗 /板栗嫁接亲和力呈显著负相关。
Using C. crenata Sieb. et Zncc. as scion and Castanea mollissima Bl. as rootstock, the relationships between rootstock-scion compatibility and absolute value of their phenol content was studied. The results showed that the rootstock-scion compatibility is low and it has no direct relation with phenol content, but has significant negative relation with absolute value of phenol content difference between rootstock and scoin.
