摘要
分析了三层滚筒式银杏分级机的结构特点及工作过程 ,并对分级机的分级性能及筛孔大小进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 :滚筒体转速是影响分级机分级性能的主要因素 ,而倾斜角对分级机分级性能的影响不显著 ;分级机各层滚筒筛应采用扩孔筛 ,且扩孔系数应从内层滚筒至外层滚逐渐增大。
This paper analyzed the structure and the working process of three-layer-cylindrical grader and the grading performance and screen mesh-size are experimentally studied.The results indicated that the rotating speed has obvious effects on grading performance,but the inclination has not such effects.The enlarged oblonghole screen can be used in three-layer-cylindrical grader,and the coefficient of enlarged oblonghole should be increased linearly from inlayer-cylinder to outlayer-cylinder.
